This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of ArcDash subscriptions and services made through the ArcDash website or application. ArcDash is operated by ArcDash Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom.

By purchasing or subscribing to ArcDash, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

ArcDash provides a subscription-based software platform designed for architects to manage drawings, client communication, quotations, invoices, and project workflows.

Subscriptions may be billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected.

If ArcDash offers a free trial:

• You will not be charged until the trial period ends.
   
• You may cancel your subscription at any time during the trial period to avoid charges.
   
• Once the trial converts to a paid subscription, the payment becomes subject to the refund terms below.
   

If you are purchasing ArcDash as a consumer, you may have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

However:

• By starting to use the ArcDash platform immediately after purchase, you acknowledge that the digital service begins immediately.
   
• If the service has already been accessed or used, you may be required to pay for the portion of the service already provided.
   

Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

You may request a refund if:

• You were incorrectly charged due to a technical error
   
• You were charged multiple times for the same subscription
   
• ArcDash services were unavailable for a prolonged period due to system failure
   
• Required features were not delivered as advertised
   

Refunds will generally not be provided for:

• Partial use of a subscription period
   
• Failure to cancel before the next billing cycle
   
• Change of mind after substantial use of the platform
   
• Lack of usage during an active subscription period
   
• Account suspension due to violation of our Terms of Service
   

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings within the ArcDash application.

• Cancellation will stop future billing
   
• Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period
   
• No partial refunds will be issued for unused time unless required by law
